My company is a 1 to 1 tuition agency and I am building a website in which there is a login page and a members-only schedule page that can be used by both parents and tutors. I was wondering how do I create a scheduling page in which the tutors and parents can see their own schedule and their own fees. Whereas, I can see and make all the schedule by assigning the tutor’s account and parent’s account together. I would also like to see all the fees I have to either pay or receive. Lastly, is there any function that can send out emails at the end of the month requesting money from the parents.
