miss email, user name , password

Hi

 I have a parther who have a website build by wix,  he want to add google anayltics tracking code to the website recently,  but he cannot contact the web designer who build the websign  previously , so , he havent the user name, email, password to login to wix to add the

google anayltics tracking code to the website, or even made any editing on the website,
he want to know how to solve the problem

how anyone can help
