I have consulted with various mobile developers to see if it’s possible to create a mobile app that’s linked to my WIX store via APIs. Apparently WIX is very restricted in that sense and I’m considering converting to WooCommerce which everybody is recommending.

Since I’m comfortable using WIX (not being a pro developer), before doing so, has anybody successfully created an integrated Mobile App that’s connected with Wix APIs? Appreciate your help.

P.S. I’m not after a web-based app, only native / cross platform.
