Mobile menu help

Hello, would really appreciate any ideas as to why the mobile drop-down menu is adding zeros. Thanks so much for any feedback,

Hi, I have the exact same issue, that’s why I came here. It appeared from yesterday on, and I’ve not used Corvid to create it. It was fine before yesterday.

I will add up that it’s a real pain to try to contact the Custom Care, I’m always falling into a loop where I’m asked to answer questions and then I’m never redirected to the main menu, and back and forth.

Where the hell can I submit a ticket? It seems that everything is done so we can’t get any help. Your support site tells us how to do things based on a very small quantity of topics, but barely tells us how to fix things.

I also have the same issue and didn’t use corvid. not having any luck with customer support.

Hi all, I ended up having to reboot from an earlier version saved 24hrs before. I think the issue started when playing with the mobile menu settings on Wix, it was all downhill from there. Best of luck all

It’s nice that you found a solution for your site.

On my side I’m working on this site after my main job, usually 4 to 6 hours non stop at night to make it look nice and I’ve had a lot of layout to do this week. So I’m clearly not gonna go back in time before I changed all this. It was a lot of work really.

I’ve spent 90€ to upgrade from free plan to more space and a hopefully a better support but there is absolutely nothing more to help because they want us to purchase the best plan to be able to get some help. It’s like purchasing a car without having the manual. You have the engine but you don’t know how to fix it.

Is there anyone here that can help us all or is it only for the VIP plan?

Has anyone found a solution? I have spoken to customer service daily for a week and nothing… I can’t keep delaying the site going live. Is there a work around such as using buttons and deleteing the mobile menu?
