I just noticed that for some of my site’s dynamic list pages, the mobile menu is showing the current page as one of the main menu items. I wouldn’t mind it, if it was a logical one - but it’s not.
Since that probably doesn’t make sense… I’ll explain using an example from my site.
If you go (on mobile) to my home page: www.deafliteracy.ca - then click on “programs” in the menu you’ll see two choices on a new page - LBS and LINC. Clicking on the LBS option will bring you to a dynamic list of the LBS programs - ISSUE: if you look at the mobile menu, it shows the root menu item as “News”… how can I change that? If anything, it should be “Programs.”
Alternatively, if you go to the LINC page instead, the mobile menu shows no menu item as being active - which is fine by me.
The only difference between these two pages is that the LINC page has an extra “/LINC” at the end of the URL. I could do the same for the LBS page - BUT - I’d like to avoid this because I’ve already sent the URL to the programs that are listed on the page so that they have a direct link to see their listing. If I can change something else that won’t affect the URL, I’d prefer that.
Any suggestions?
