I’m having trouble with
I have created a website for my client and everything is fine, except for the mobile site. When I edit and make relevant changes to the layout and am happy with it, it doesn’t go live once I hit publish.

What I’m trying to do
Have all elements aligned on desktop and mobile site.
What I’ve tried so far
Searched google, Asked “Help”. Literally nothing has worked.
Does the website not reflect the way the site looks? Generally, to save bandwidth, browsers will load from cache so it might be a good idea to see the page on mobile with an incognito browser/window or try refreshing until you do. You could also try clearing browser cache but I’d do it as a last resort.
This screenshot captured the content as best as possible on my phone so I hope it shows how it looks on my end. I wrote up a bit of feedback that I think should help with the design in case that’s the issue you’re seeing.
The responsive assistant might help as well to clear up some issues.

My biggest challenge is the first image. I can’t change the size then when I change it, it changes it on the desktop site as well.
So frustrating!
I feel like I need to completely start the whole website again.
Happy to help and you have a lot of good done there that I don’t feel you need to restart completely.
If you’re having issues with the first image and the sizing, it might be because it’s set as the media background (which does allow some control of display); if you want more control, I think it would be better to add the logo as an image and set it to 100% width.
If you’re struggling with layouts, I’d suggest looking into some of the academy lessons but I think you have a good foundation so far.

Looping around on this one 
- we did have a Known Issue around the time of this topic, so very likely to be related - Published Site Changes Not Updating on Live Sites | Help Center | Wix.com - it’s since resolved.
Since it was related to cached sites, @Rob’s solution of clearing cache would have resolved it
