Is it possible to have a mouse animation on wix via code as in the video and on dudelemon.com
If anyone has done this already, can you please guide me in the right direction ?

Hello Shan,
It is not possible to animate the mouse cursor at the time.
However if you mean how to add the mouse animation clip like the one shown in the website, you can upload it as GIF and add it to the website
Add → image → My image uploads → upload image (choose the GIF file you want) → select the GIF → add to page
