How do I change what my mouse looks like when I am on certain pages or when I hover over certain elements? I want my mouse to look like an arrow rather than a pointer or maybe I want my mouse to turn into a target on certain element and be normal when not on these elements? Or maybe I want to have my mouse always be something completely different on every other page.
Can someone please advise on how to add & edit the code for this?
