Moving from Studio Plan to Studio Editor

Hi everyone,

I am a design assistant working on a client’s website and need some assistance with their plan settings on your platform.

My client is currently using the Studio Plan, but we want to move to the Studio Editor. However, I was informed that it is not possible to migrate the current Studio Plan to the Studio Editor directly.

Could you please advise on the best course of action? Should we cancel the current plan or unassign the plan? Also, could you let us know if there are any potential refunds or adjustments since we are within the 14-day subscription period?

While the plan doesn’t transfer directly, you can put remaining credit on your current plan towards a Studio plan :muscle:
