Moving section to a new page?

Hi, not sure if this is appropriate here, but I’m trying to figure out how to move a section to A DIFFERENT PAGE? I can see how to move sections within a page, but not how to cut a section and move it to a DIFFERENT page? Can someone help? Thank you!
