I am selling access to my app to organizations. They may have up to three users. The users all need to see all of the organization’s posts and other info.

Using Member/Author in permissions won’t work because each will see only their own posts.

I could give them a single ID and Password for all to use, but does Wix allow sign-ons other than by e-mail? That also prevents any contribution auditing.

Is there a way to do this without coding? If not, can I code it so as to override the ordinary permissions and specify my own (i.e. show all records related to the organization, regardless of actual author)?

You can use the Members pages feature of the Editor, or the wix-users API to control your membership. You may need some code to tweak your requirements of limiting the number of members and other items.

Thank you, Yisrael. I’ll take a look. I admit, I thought this would be a problem. New to Wix coding. (Incidentally, a family of Yisraelim, with three little kids, just arrived for a week-long visit. My Hebrew should be much better by the weekend.)
