Multiple log in issues

Hello,

I regularly organise challenges using Wix because it’s simple and many app that Wix has developed are very useful for that
Participants have always problem loging in, but this last session, a 10 days challenge for about 350 participants (visitors/members) was even more problematic
.
To begin this challenge, people had logically to log in and start the program using Wix online program, book a session with Wix booking…
My participants faced then multiple log in issues as it seems Wix would block the access to member because of a too large number of logs in order to avoid spam ? This is my interpretation so far, but maybe there is something else.

Here is what the issues participants had to go though

  1. Participants (members) were refused access even with a proper login and password (sometimes after a few tries, it would work but this is already a pain…). I’ve been experiencing this myself so it’s not possible to blame a password error from participants

  2. When this first step wasn’t working, people could still request for a new password. In this case, mail wasn’t coming or 24h later…

How many participants did i loose because of that ? A lot.
I have been working on this challenge for 6 month and then people can not participate because of login issues???
This is not serious and i wonder if Wix blocks intentionally members connection when it reach a certain level ? This is ridiculous as we are not talking here about 1000 of people connecting at the same time, but a few dozen. But how to explain such a hurdle ?

I had to elevate a complaint 2 weeks ago due to login issues as well, though luckily we picked it up during testing of the website before going live.

Double-authentication codes were taking 24hrs+ to get sent, meaning potential clients wouldn’t gain login access to their account for a day or more which is an incredible nuisance.
