Multiple pages ("View more", "Next Page", etc.)

Hi,
I wonder if I could do the features such as “View more”, “Next Page”, list of page results (example below) in a Static page? I know we could connect the button to the dataset in Dynamic page but I’m not sure if we could do something like that for Static pages.

I’m creating a page which holds a range of projects and I don’t want the page to be too long/ too many projects per page.

They should also add a random button. For example say “Random Page”, and this button would lead to a random page of the CMS. I was looking at it and I will have to do it with code
