Multistage form input fields disabled

Created a multistage form using a slideshow element and a few lines of code. It was working as expected until today. All of the input fields (on every slide) are disabled.

I checked the settings of the database, it’s read and write. I’ve checked the properties and I did not accidentally turn off ‘enabled by default’. Moreover, no changes were made to the code. Finally, I am aware there was some kind of bug causing this issue which was reported in 2018. The problem was exactly the same as far as I know. The Corvid team said the bug was fixed but I’m experiencing the issue nevertheless.

If you’ve done no changes to your site and it suddenly stopped working. I’d recommend contacting Wix Customer Care here , include clear description of the issue, page in question, a link to that page, and a screenshot or a screencast. Also add a link to the post or ticket with the solved bug in question if possible.
