I’m having trouble with
opening and app called “Multivendor Marketplace”
I can’t open the dashboard, and I can’t add it to my website.
A notification mentioning “there is error from our side” shows on the screen, meaning the error form Wix side.
I contacted the Webkul, which are the publisher of the app and they replied the error from Wix side from not from theirs.
They advised me to clear the browsing cache, allow third party cookies, and allow pop ups. They also recommended to change the browser and to use incognito browser.
This is a Wix platform issue with the app integration, not something you can fix from your end. Since Webkul confirmed the error is on Wix’s side and standard troubleshooting hasn’t worked, you need to escalate this through Wix Support directly.
Contact Wix Support with: (1) the exact error message, (2) your site URL, (3) screenshots of the error, and (4) confirmation from Webkul that they’ve verified it’s platform-side. Give them this forum thread URL as well.
You can also tag @NoahLovell here - he’s Wix staff and can flag this internally if it’s affecting multiple sites.
There’s no workaround for a broken app integration at the platform level - it needs Wix engineering to resolve it.
