When logged in on a page that is displayed on a regular computer screen the member show up with nick and photo but when he/she is watching the same page on a cellphone screen the nick and photo is gone. Please explain why this occur and how I can fix this matter? The login bar elements are displayed on the page so they are not hidden but for some reason they do not collect data from the dataset (in mobile view).
It is known that Wix has big difficulties in mobile version.
In most cases you will have to design your page in a separate mobile-version-page one more time.
For example you have a cool stunning Homepage → for sure in most cases it won’t work for mobile version → solution is to create a second homepage → specified and optimized for a mobile version.
Then whenever a user lands on your HOMEPAGE, it is neccessary to know, if the user is using MOBILE or DESKTOP-VERSION.

Okay… for some functions then it is not the “mobile view” that shall be used but an ordinary page and view with dimensions set for cellphones? Because in mobile view you can not attach elements to datasets and when using code it´s hard to understand what difference must be made between the regular page code and the cellphone code.
If i am honest i do not use mobile versions on wix, since the support for mobile is very bad. All you can do is to generate an absolutely optimized PAGE for MOBILE-VERSION ONLY.
This page will be completely different to the DESKOP-VERSION-PAGE for sure.
Just took a look into the DESIGN-SECTION and found this one in seconds…
You see → you are not the only one having difficulties in mobile version.
You will have to design an additionaly specified mobile-version-page if you want to look it great and work well.
Thanks for the advice but I guess you have to be an expert to understand what to be changed in the codes to make the functions work also on the mobile pages. This would probably take me a year or two so I give up that thought directly
