There was already an email contact form on each page when I created my website in the wix website editor. But the contact form should only be on one specific page.
Should I delete the email contact form and create a new one? How can I create an email contact form that is only on one specific page?
Is this in the footer/ global section ?

As Dan mentioned, if the form is placed in a global section such as the footer or header, it will appear on every page. Conversely, if you delete it from one page, it will disappear from all pages. It might be easier to understand if you completely reset the current form and start over from scratch. Try deleting the existing form along with the collection that manages its data, then add a new form to the specific page where you want it to appear. 
The contact form was in the footer section. I deleted it and added a new contact form to one of my pages. But I cannot find a way to translate the text of my contact form. I clicked on edit translation and then the menu opens but the text from the contact form is not displayed in the menu as you can see in my picture.
How can I manually or automatically translate the text of my contact form?
