My social bar is not visible even when I look at my site using chrome when I use Safari I can see it. How do I get it to show up on chrome?

Can you provide us with your site URL?

I don’t think that the problem has anything to do with the browser, I think it’s because you’re placing the social bar outside the grid-lines, and that the device that you’re using Chrome on has a lower resolution than the one you’re using Safari on, anyway, provide us with your site URL and a screenshot of your entire editor showing where the social bar is.

Here in chrome in the editor you can see I’ve highlighted the social bar but you can’t see the icons.

Here you can see in safari on the live site the social buttons turn to black even though they’re supposed to be grey.

On the editor toolbar, hover over " Tools ", and enable the " Toolbar ", then go to your social bar, select it and click ( Ctrl + Shift + ↑ ), this will make it show over everything, including the header.

No difference. The bar is still there but invisible.

You need to select the social bar before clicking the ( Ctrl + Shift + ↑ ), give me your site URL to take a look.

It’s showing on my Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, it’s probably an issue with your Chrome, try clearing the browser cache , that might solve the issue.

Very strange issue.

This is not a code related issue for which the Corvid Forum is for.

You are best suited going through Wix Support and asking them about your issue with the Social Bar as it does not involve the use of code.

Your reason for it not appearing is most likely down to a third party app added to your browser.

If you have one like a adblocker or a popup blocker installed in the browser where it doesn’t show, then simply turn that extension off and reload the page and it will probably appear.

It is not always a Wix error :wink: and the only thing that you can do here is to make sure that the site is either whitelisted in the offending third party extension or that the user has the extension turned off when viewing the site.

This is it! I was having the same issue. I stopped running Ad Blocker and the social bar displays now. Thank you!
