My template marketplace submission is stuck

Hello guys, I have a template that is present and is selling in the marketplace. I uploaded a second one, that was submitted last summer (belive it or not haha), then after 2 months I received an “Almost there” email with some modifications. After I made the required fixes and adjustments, I re submitted the template again, this was late october, or early november. It is march now and I haven t received any word of the template.

The issue is I cannot contact the team and ask this question, or I do not know where to do it. Could you please advise?

Just to follow up on the last message, the “Great start on your template submission” was received Sun, Oct 12, 2025 at 3:24 PM. The template name is Rosa Vargas Coach.

Try contacting customer service for the update, they usually follow up with an email later.
