Hello!
I created a simple website that prompts the user with 4 separate questions, each of which are on a separate page. I created a database to input all of these results, however I’m running into the issue where the user-inputs that aren’t on the same page appear in separate rows in the database. Is there a way I can link them all together so that they appear on the same row, but still maintain the multi-page form?
