Need help with setting up auto generated email when a form is filled up on the website.

I am currently trying to have have e’mails sent through sendGrid when someone fills out a form on my website.
these are the different codes that I am using:

Hi,
You can use Triggered Emails which is an easier solution for the same purpose. Moreover, I recommend making sure that you’ve completed all the steps mentioned here .
