We are building a site on Wix that allows for users to book time with Guides by looking at their schedule with a calendar on their profile. This is done using the default Wix Booking Calendar app. Each guide has a entry on a CMS and an entry on the Staff section for their name to show up on the Wix Calendar during booking.
Our Question is as follows:
We want the ‘Staff Member’ in the Calendar to be auto-filled based on which Guide profile the user is in. Right now, the user has to click the Guide name to enter their profile page, and then from the dropdown on the calendar choose the name of the Guide. We want the guide name to be auto-populated on the calendar so that their respective schedule is shown.

What are you trying to achieve:
- Right now the user has to Click on the Profile and then again select the name of the Guide in the ‘Filter By’ section on the Calendar. Which is an extra click that we are trying to reduce.
- We want the same to happen when the user clicks on the ‘Book Coffee Chat’ button on the ‘Our Guides’ page too.
What have you already tried:
Tried asking from help on Fiverr from a Wix expert and they could not solve this requirement.
