To accept payments on a studio site, you need to have a Standard plan or above; for a Wix site, a Core plan or above would be needed.
To enable payments once you have a plan, you can add a payment option to the site as mentioned here; not all options might be available based on your location but there are various methods to accept cards, manual payments and a few if you need installment payments, cryptocurrency, etc.
As for the rates, only Wix Events has an additional fee but everything else would only have additional fees based on the service provider. You can check your available providers and then see their fees here.
