I have multiple (Premium subscribed) websites with Wix and they are all having this problem. When I toggle off the “cover image” for my blog feeds the images continue to show anyway. The mobile view is OK, this is only happening with the PC view and in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) This has to be a bug because I have the cover image option disabled. This issue is making my web sites look really ugly. I submitted a support ticket a few days ago but have not received a response.
I’m fully aware that many companies (including WIX) are using COVID-19 to explain why they are slow to respond.
Is anyone else having this problem? I’m confident this will be fixed in time but I’m just looking for some confirmation that its not just me.

I would check your junk email; sometimes responses to tickets go there. It’s weird, but it happens. What you did was the best thing.
Does this persist after you clear your cache? That might be worth checking out also.
Hi Brett - Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I tried both of your suggestions but the problem persists. Do you have any sites on WIX with blogs? Is this happening on your web sites too?
Yes; the partner blog. And no, I can’t say it is. I also haven’t turned off the cover images.

I tried on my website, and it didn’t work, so I went searching for one of the templates that I had seen where the images weren’t visible:

I’m going for this sort of a look on my site for the blog, so I figured I’d just take a look at the settings on this site, but even if I click “edit site” from here, it doesn’t display correctly.
After clicking “edit site” and then navigating to the “articles” page (which is what they’re calling the blog) I scrolled down to where the posts should be, and it only displays this error code:

It did allow me to click the blog widget, but the second I clicked on settings the error went away, but the cover images showed up.
Please advise!
