In the last few months, many of you have requested a better integration with HubSpot. Today, we’re excited to announce a new integration that will replace the current one.
This integration (app) injects the HubSpot tracking code on your site and tracks potential leads, it also syncs to Wix Forms and updates any contacts created directly in HubSpot.
Is there a starting price?
The app is launching free of charge and will add paid features in the future based on requests and volume.
What do the integrations do?
When a user visits the website, the app lets you:

Monitor your website traffic and analytics in HubSpot

Sync Wix CRM to HubSpot

Create and update contacts (which get synced to Hubspot automatically).

Sync Wix Forms (form submission data automatically shows up in the timeline events for the associated contact).

Coming soon: create contact from HubSpot to Wix CRM, Wix Stores + Wix Bookings sync, and more.
Will the current app still be available?
The HubSpot app by Wix will be removed from the app market, but you will still get support from the Wix team that oversees the app.
Can we migrate from the current app to the latest?
There is no migration flow at the moment. We will be collecting feedback regarding the new integration first, and once we’re fully confident in the product, we will start the migration process. Keep in mind that this may not be automatic, but we will send an email recommending anyone using the previous app to move to the new app when the time comes.
