Is it possible to create a text cycle animation without coding? What I’d like to do is have one word in a sentence cycle through different words on a loop. Any advice appreciated!
Hi, @Brad_Mulley !!
At first, I thought this would be impossible without code, but with a bit of creativity, it seems doable.
Under the “Layout Tools,” there’s an option called Slideshow Repeater — try adding any one of them to your page.
It might feel easier to work with if you start with a smaller design, so let’s go with a simple square-shaped template.
I used the blue template labeled “New Arrivals.”
Once it’s on the page, we’ll keep only the “New” text element and delete all other elements inside the repeater.
First, click on the “Arrivals” text and delete it. Do the same for the button.
Next, click somewhere outside the repeater to deselect it, then click on the repeater once.
Go to Settings, turn off “Show navigation buttons,” and set the transition direction to Top to Bottom.
Now, click on the “New” text element and change its color to black (or anything other than white).
You can do this from the panel on the right side of the editor.
After that, click somewhere outside the repeater again, then click the repeater three times to select the background image, and press the delete key to remove it.
At this point, only the “New” text should remain.
Finally, resize the repeater so it fits tightly around the text.
And there you have it — a no-code animated text cycle!
