Non-coding person here: is what my boss wants possible?

Hi y’all!

So my boss is producing a book that will be sold on Amazon. She wants each book to have a unique password inside that allows access to a password-protected page on her website that provides a digital version of the material for use. Based on what I’ve been able to find on the Wix how-to sections is either 1. have the page be password-protected with a single password, so each book has the same ‘code’ or 2. have a one-time paid ‘plan’ to purchase the book that gives you the option of creating a log-in and password using the ‘members only’ function in Wix.

Pasted below is my boss’ request to me, with identifying info removed:

"My question to you is would you be able to add a new tab to the website called “XXX” that requires a secret code to get onto the website? Ideally each book would have its own secret code and so the website would know if any of the secret codes are entered then it gives them access. It would also say something like “this webpage providesXXX for people who have purchased the book XXX . If you would like to purchase a copy of the book and receive access to the electronic version of the model language, please follow this link to the book on Amazon and the ISBN is ________.

Then I want a pop up acknowledgement that says “You have entered a code for access to the Word version of the XXX associated with the reference guide XXX . By clicking below you acknowledge and agree that the XXX provided on this website is provided for individual use by person solely for the purpose of XXX, and the contents of this XXX shall not be shared, copied, distributed, or used for any other purpose. “

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be eternally grateful.
