Not getting any coding at the "site code panel"

Hello! It is probably my lack of knowledge that leads me to a deadlock, so I would appreciate a lot any potential help on the following subject:
Problem: I cannot get, read or write any coding at the site code panel.
My target is to create a frozen header that changes as visitors scrolls down. After turning on the Developer Tools, and working with the strips and the header that I wish to amend, I chose my header and then I am clicking on the plus sign at the onViewportLeave of the the Properties panel. Then the Site Code panel opens automatically but I cannot see or write any coding on that. I use Safari and I have the last version of Java. Thanks in advance!

Use chrome, safari sucks…

Hey Carlos, that’s really just an opinion and not an answer. I use Safari all the time. Of course, everyone here at Wix tells me that I’m nuts and I should be using Chrome. In fact, I also use Chrome, and Firefox - a lot.

@kostasarzanas Please post some screen shots of what you’re getting to help us figure out what’s happening, or not happening. You also might get better support for this from the Wix support team , as they know all about this sort of stuff.

You might be right Carlos, thanks! Hereby I am attaching a screenshot Yisrael, and I am definitely going to contact Wix support team as well. Thanks a lot for your answer and tips! As you can see the Site Code panel is completely inactive and that on “site” and “page”.

It looks like the code is scrolled up out of the code panel. Did you try scrolling up to see the code?

@yisrael-wix You were absolutely correct Yisrael, I tried to scroll up but it was not possible. It turned out that the problem was deriving either from the old java version or from safari.
