Hey guys!
I have created a database form where a user fills out basic info and hits submit.
The data then travels into the database collection - perfect!
My question is: is there a way to trigger a notification or email to be sent to an email address each time the ‘submit’ button is hit on the form? Or each time new data is put into the database? So therefore the site manager doesn’t have to keep checking the database collection and instead can just rely on an email notification.
If anyone has any info on this that would be great!
Cheers,
Bob

Great question! I believe it is possible using Corvid.
This may be of great help: https://support.wix.com/en/article/about-triggered-emails

Hi, I have developed a very simple solution for wix database integration into zapier and from thereon you can put it across to any other app in zapier (such as gmail / crm / spreadsheet etc)
An example of the same can be found at → https://jaosh8.wixsite.com/wixsite
Has anyone found a way to generate email notifications from a form created with input fields (i.e. tied to a collection data set) from within Wix (no in Velo) ? I need to set this up for a client.
You might be able to do it with automations, but I might be wrong. I have the code to set it up, and it’s a quick and simple job if that is any help
Hi @jcooperman2 ,
You can do it with Wix Automations (under your Wix dashboard).
It allows you to do some action (e.g. send emails to site owner) once the database have a new item.
No code required.
Does it solve your question?
