Npm request response

Hi all,
I have a question regarding node packages:

Are NPM package requests considered individually and are prone to be added on the fly, or is it a long process for them to be accepted ??

If my request be considerered, how long does it take ? Will I receive a notification ??

A few days (4-5). The Wix sends a email approved or not.
