Is there a way for me to set for example a line to a fixed position in relation to an image, so that when I resize my page, the line will never move away from the image, but only resize itself?

You can stack the line with the image. This will ensure that they always stay in the vertical order you want, with keep their distance.

Yeah… I know stacking is workable with text, images etc when they are positioned underneath each other, but I have 1 image with 2 boxes beneath it, overlapping on both x and y axis, and the stacking tool just goes bananas when I try to stack them.
Another example is a page where I have a center image with lines going from the center image out to a text… These just won’t stay put when I resize to another resolution.
