I am trying to create an effect like on this homepage https://numaoxygen.com/ where the icons are animated here:
And where the the line animates on scroll at Step 1, 2 and 3 below this point.
Is this possible using Wix Velo or do I need to create the animation in After Effects first?
Standard Wix Animation ‘Reveal’ is not what I want, I am after a fluid continuous line, that animates according to the scroll direction.

Looks like your example site is using either a Lottie file or an animated SVG.
Animated SVGs are not natively supported in Wix, as you can read below:

I found this article regarding Lottie Animations on Wix , and it looks like it is possible! But yes you would need to build out the animation yourself in After Effects or something similar, or use a pre-built asset from something like lottiefiles.com
