How can I re-label an order that contains both a physical and a digital product? Since the digital product is sent to the customer upon payment, their order is labelled as “partially fulfilled” since they yet to receive their physical product. However, the company that is responsible for shipping the physical product can only receive orders that are labelled as “fulfilled”’ or “‘paid”. Who here can please help me solve this problem? I just need orders that have both physical and digital products to be labelled as “fulfilled” or “paid” instead of “partially fulfilled” so that the shipping system can identify them and ship the physical products to the customer…?
