I have created member profile pages with the following tutorial:

Is there a way to allow other members to gain access to a member’s profile page with that member’s authority?

Hi,
No, it’s not possible. A member can only access their own page.
A more elaborate roles and permissions system is planned to be released in the near future. Stay tuned.
