Question:
Our google sheets stopped to display on our website (despite the fact that we did everything according to the instructions). Several years it worked good without problems and last week we noticed that our schedule is no longer displayed on the website (we didn’t change anything). We checked that everything is done due to your instructions, so we can’t find the problem. Can you help us please? How can we contact your support service?

What are you trying to achieve:
We want to display our google sheet with the schedule on the site as it was before

What have you already tried:
We checked your instructions and did everything due to them, but it doesn’t work yet

Additional information:
At the moment instead of the schedule on the site is written “There are no docs to display at the moment. Please try again later”. When we try to update the link in the Table Master it writes that The URL entered is invalid (which isn’t true, the link is correct and works, the spreadsheed is published on the internet).

Hello!
Yes, our google sheet has the required permission due to all instructions. Last week we made a new sheet with the schedule and publushed a new link. It worked for 1 week and then stopped to display once again without any reason. Now we tried to do the same thing but it isn’t worked: now there’s just a wheel spinning, as if something is loading (and nothing happen). A green check mark lights up, indicating that the link is ok, but the table is not displayed on the site.

Maybe you know how we can contact WIX support? Because it seems like the problem is on the wedsite (or in editing)

It is hard to give a solution without thoroughly checking the implementation. If possible, may you send some screenshots in msg?

FYI, You can contact the support from your website’s dashboard. There is a chatbot, tell it to send a real person :wink: . If you can’t find a solution, feel free to contact me.
