Pagination Settings to Go to Top of Page

Hey Wixers - I haven’t figured out how to make my pagination work so that it opens the top of page on the next page. It opens the next page correctly, just keeps you at the bottom of the page and feels glitchy. Example here: https://grace1578.wixsite.com/leclairdecor/blog

Happy to pay anyone for their custom code help!
