Paid plans: select of a specific plan via custom button on custom page

Hi folks,
I am working on a project website where I created my own “choose your plan (subscription)” page. We have basically two subscriptions with a lot of detail information so the standard Wix Paid plans app design is quite useless for us. But the purchasing/payment functionality of the Paid plans app are fine.
Now my problem: I need my own custom buttons on my customized subscription page to behave as the “Select” button for a specific plan in the Paid plans app. Meaning when the user clicks my “Subscribe” button it should call the same action as the “Select” button of the Paid plan app of a specific plan does.

Hope I explained my problem understandable and that some of you code experts could help me.

Thanks GOS, I already tried these, but that´s where I got stuck, because of my insufficient coding skills. Is there any other reference or post on any forum, where there are more examples?

If this example is not working for you then you can always do a search of this forum to find previous posts about the same thing or something similar that can help you.
