Passing Credit card fees to customers at checkout

Anyone know if its possible to code this at the Wix checkout when using credit card and also PayPal for different countries?
Even offer a % discount when customers choose to checkout paying by bank.

If anyone can point me i the direction of someone who’s able to do this for a charge.
