Yes, I’m facing a similar issue! Finally, I see someone experiencing the same problem.
About 12 hours ago, I was still able to process payments normally and sell online courses and items from my store. However, customers started reporting problems with placing orders.
Since then, it’s been a nightmare. For over ten hours, all my payment methods have failed, and I can’t accept payments. I’ve contacted live chat support multiple times, but all I get is to wait with no clear explanation or resolution.
I’ve already lost several customers who wanted to check out, and my website still can’t process payments. Wix just tells me to wait, acknowledges it’s their problem, but hasn’t offered any solutions or compensation. I’m really considering switching platforms.
