pdf mini view - access index of inner pages

Hi, when embedding pdf file in a website (mini view), I can see the index of the pages on top. how can I access those numbers (for example, when the reader reaches page N than something outside the pdf view will happen). Thanks!

Hey,

Are you embedding the PDF file on your site using an iFrame or a PDF Viewer app?

Either way it is not possible to interact with the PDF using code, to determine what page is currently open.

If you can provide some more information on exactly what it is you are trying to achieve we may have a workaround we can offer.

Hi, I’m using the PDF viewer. Basically I wanted to know what page is currently open. For example, if a page represents a question, than by knowing the number of the page, I can know the number of the question and show the solution that goes with it. Alternatively, I thought of a PDF with inner links from one page to anther page inside the PDF, but the viewr didn’t responded to clicking on the inner links (I did choose the option to show links on the page).

What do you think?
Thanks!
