MY home page is a video “splash screen” which plays on loop. I would like this to play automatically as soon as someone access my website. The video does this well but WITHOUT sound and I need the sound to play automatically from start as it is a critical part of the video.
Is this possible?

Most browsers block audio from autoplaying.
@vicsoaza simen is correct! Due to changes in policies of web browsers, many of them no longer support the autoplay of music and videos. This means that automatic background music on sites is no longer possible.
As an alternative, you can add a music player to your header or footer so that it shows on every page of your site, and let your site visitors click play.
You can also add a music player anywhere on a page and set it to show on all pages.
