Please add a testimonials slider

I really want to put a simple testimonials slider on my homepage. Just a strip with quotes that rotate. The sliders built for photos don’t work if text is what you want to feature. I even tried taking photographs of my testimonials, but the slider resizes them to fit, so there is no consistency. There are a couple of third-party apps that offer testimonials sliders, but 1) The reviews for them are terrible on the issue of reliability. 2) You can’t see all of the design options in advance, and the design options that they put out front are not at all to my taste. 3) $5 per month is a lot for what seems a basic app – and one that SquareSpace offers for free.

I love Wix, but I’d love it a whole lot more if you could add this feature – at least as something I could get automatically with a premium subscription, without paying more.

I used one of the standard sliders for a simple testimonials display:

If that view works for you, use the TITLE and DESCRIPTION for each image.

Yes, I’m struggling with that too… I managed to put a single item repeater inside a slideshow, with all my texts, but i’m unable to define different IDs for each slide and that’s really frustrating.
It can be done, like that, but I would have to input the comments one by one, which is not practical at all.
