I am trying to create a pre-loader and having my own logo on it.

The pre-loader itself works,i tried adding my own logo to it,embedded the logo with html
The pre loader works and loads up,but will move my whole page header to the middle of the page.
If I don’t add css to the logo,will not move the header randomly.But if I don’t add css the logo will be squeezed to the left corner.
Any suggestion for this?
