PRICING PLANS - How can my client enter weekly or monthly subscriptions from a previous site?

My client has recently moved their complete site from WordPress & Mind-Body to WIX. The pay upfront subscriptions are no problem but those that are paying 6 monthly or annual subscriptions paid weekly are an issue.

  1. We need to be able to enter the start date and end date with the client’s payment information for weekly payments.

  2. If the client signs in and resubscribes we need to change the end date to that of their current subscription.

It is not possible to enter the start date and end date with the client’s payment information for weekly payments. When the plan is extended the renewal date is also updated, only the visitor can enter their payment information to be charged.

You can make changes to an existing plan at any time. For example, you can change a plan’s price, duration, or update the connected benefits

To edit a pricing plan:

  • Go to the Pricing Plans tab in your site’s dashboard.

  • Click to select the plan you want to edit.

  • Make any of the following changes:

  • Edit the services and content offered: Make changes to the Connect & Manage Benefits section.

  • Edit the plan’s price: Enter a new price.

  • Edit the plan’s duration: Select a new duration from the Length of Plan drop-down.

  • Click Save.
