i´ve synced my database from sandbox to live
but it´s gone
i´ve export a data with 16 thousand clients
it work´s well
but then when i synced all the base it´s gone
missing
i can´t found in live data or sandbox
how can i solve this?

Hi Duda,
unfortunately it seems that you have overwritten your Sandbox data (which contained the imported data) with Live data (which was empty) by selecting “Overwrite this collection from Live” option.
Do you have a way to restore the data from original source? Otherwise we can try to restore it from our backups.

i´ve got to fix all my data , that´s no problem i just need to know where the problem was to don´t make the same mistake again.
what i need to do to put the data to the users view? copy to live ?or other function ?

If you import your data in Editor and you want it available in your Live Site, you should use option “Copy all items to Live”.

Hi, I’m having a similar problem. I have databases that have been synced in the live database already. However when I connect them to tables the data doesn’t show up, its either a blank table or a table that says says the name of my fields ex: “First Name Data” , “Last Name Data”. I tried re-syncing my databases to live but it says " An error has occurred. Check your Internet connection and try again. " When my internet connection works just fine.
I managed to re-sync my sandbox to live but still nothing is showing on the linked Tables
I am having this exact same issue, did you get a resolution? To start over makes me seriously want to cry.
