Hi - I’m having problems with the Fit by Wix waitlist function and looking for help / advice.
Fit by Wix Waitlist Function
Problem - when members waitlist themselves to the studio classes they have 30 mins to respond. If they don’t respond they should be knocked off the list and the option passed to the next person. However this is not happening and the waitlist is remaining stuck and other people are then not able to book onto class. This is a real issue and losing me revenue.
I can’t find any advice anywhere on this issue.
