I would like to add a progress bar to my website as a measuring index (this would not be a preloader).

The progress bar would act as a rating mecanism, for example:

I would like the bar to glide-in, in an animated form. I found an online temple which contains the exact feature I want: Travel Blog Trip - Elegant Themes

Does someone know how I can create this?

Hey,
You can find examples for different types of progress bars here and embed it using HTML component. If you wish to update it depends on something that happens on the page, you should use Messaging .
I recommend also checking out the example of 3WSchools.
