When I have 10 Pages with the same LAYOUT but different content, I can’t use the master, or Ill have to duplicate 1 master 10 times and edit it indepently? I want a template that takes info from a table and displays it in every different page.

Masters are meant to be used for single sections, not the entire page, also keep in mind that the content of the masters has to stay the same between all the instances.
We suggest that you use Dynamic Pages in this case.
You can enable Dynamic Pages by turning on the content Manager from the Add Panel.
