HI All, I’m looking to build my second wix site. The first was quite a basic restaurant website for my bar. I’m now looking to build a site that sells services and products but requires a detailed survey form to be completed prior to purchase. Could anyone suggest

  1. The easiest add on to create a multi page survey, that can save entries to a database, send an email/file as a result of submission and where submission requires payment by the user.
  2. what add on would be required to show the status of an order to a member of the site? thanks for any help and suggestions
