How do I create multiple image hotspots?

What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to add image hotspots to an infographic to either hover or click and display additional information based on the area of the image but cannot figure it out in Studio. Interactions only allows on a whole image. The graphic is basically an organizational capabilities graphic that I want to add hotspots too to pop up further text/descriptions if the user either hovers or clicks (doesn’t matter which at the moment just need to get it working). Any ideas or suggestions on how to do this is greatly appreciated as my alternative at the moment is going back to Editor to get the functionality I know I can get working there. Thanks in advance.
What have you already tried:
I tried CommonNinja and Image Hotspots (which I used with Wix Editor but they are not available in Studio). Also unless I am missing something Interaction settings in Studio only allow a movement on a whole image not addition of pop-up text on a specific spot of the image.
